COVID-19 Vaccine
March 9, 2021
With the new COVID-19 vaccine being out on the market, former presidents Barack Obama, George W. Bush, and Bill Clinton have said they will get it immediately. They have all volunteered to take it publicly as a way to prove their approval of it and the safety of the vaccine.
In an interview, Obama claimed he trusts Anthony Fauci completely, so if he says the vaccine is safe, Obama believes it is safe. Obama said, “I may end up taking it on TV or having it filmed, just so that people know that I trust this science.”
Bush’s chief of staff also told CNN that he plans to get the vaccine as soon as possible as well. The former president contacted Dr. Fauci to see how he could help encourage Americans to get the vaccine, and he has said he will get it on camera.
According to Bill Clinton’s press secretary, Clinton plans on taking the vaccine with Bush and Obama to publicly promote it. Clinton also feels it is important to get as many people to get the vaccine as possible.
Whether you decide to or not, just remember that taking the COVID-19 vaccine is a personal decision!
