Once the last of the snow begins to melt and spring starts to arrive, the boys golf team comes out of hibernation and start their season. This year the boys golf team will have one big challenge- experience. Last year the golf team had an experienced lineup with five seniors, but after they all graduated, they will now be forced to rebuild. One of the returning members is junior, Garret Sheets. Sheets is one of the few returning members and knows they will be forced to work harder this year.

“We have a very young team this year which will be a challenge. Since sectionals is back at home again our goal is to win sectionals.” said Sheets

Sectionals will be held in Martinsville at Foxcliff Golf Course on June 6. The boys golf team season starts April 11 at Salt Creek Golf Course in Nashville.
