On Sunday, April 3, celebrities across the globe came together in their best dressed outfits to recognize “Outstanding Achievement in the music industry.” With all these amazing outfits, there are bound to be some that really stick out. Here are some of my favorite outfits from the night.
First, we will look at Miss Good4U, aka Olivia Rodrigo. I think this dress was perfect for her. The black with strips of pink sequins on her dress went perfect with the makeup and chokers she wore. The gloves were just the icing on the cake. One thing that was a little awkward to me were the straps. Not that they were bad, but I feel I would have to pull them up rather than wear them on my arms. Of course, she pulled it off. Overall, I think this outfit looked stunning on her.
I am in absolute awe with this next dress. Snoh Aalegra showed up in arguably one of the best dresses to hit the red carpet. Obsessed is an understatement. The silver mesh was very iconic, along with the cutaway sections on her legs. This dress is no doubt a 10/10.
Tinashe wore a very fun dress. I think this baby pink suited her extremely well. Usually, I would not be a big fan of the back, but I think with this specific dress it had to be there. One thing that really bugs me is the bag. The color of the bag just did not vibe with the color of the dress, whatsoever.
Although some may say she showed up in a rather plain dress, I am a huge fan of Hailey Bieber’s dress. I think the soft silk looked phenomenal with her skin complexion. Her necklace went beautifully with this dress.
Doja Cat did not disappoint with this beautiful pink dress. I think the rhinestones are what really put this dress together. It is said that her dress took over three-hundred hours to construct. I am also a very big fan of the train.
Lastly, but certainly not least, we will look at Megan Thee Stallion. A great word to describe this woman and her dress is “purrr.” Literally. The different prints on this dress were so fun and fit her extremely well. The makeup was more than outstanding, and she understood the assignment, to say the least.
