Sandy Roberts’ advice on staying on top of the competition is to “Do your best every single day.”
Fresh desserts are baked every day inside the shop. The tasty treats are then put on display on the shelves.
The most popular days for the business are “Fridays and Saturdays… Saturday is probably our biggest day” said Sandy. Knead the Dough Bakery is open from 6-4 every day but Sunday.
The bakery is spacious and has a homey feel inside. There are many displays featuring freshly made products.
The bakery custom bakes cakes and desserts for parties or special occasions. They hope by making colorful creations their business will spread more rapidly. “Social media is probably the best form of advertising we have,” owners say.
The bakery has gone through many renovations. Roberts said “the contractor was able to fit all our needs for our equipment,” said Roberts.
Sandy stated, “One of our top three most popular items is our yeast doughnut, which we won an award for on doughnut day”.
As well as the yeast doughnuts, the creme horns are also a popular pick from the menu.
